Setting
the Wall Mountable Combinations

Opening your Sentinel
- Open shutter hatch to reveal the dial
and the opening lever.
- Dial existing combination, otherwise
factory default 0.0.0.0
- Press down on the opening lever.

Setting new combination for your
Sentinel
- Open the Sentinel door to reveal the
setting mechanism
- Push the reset lever left and towards
you and the reset lever will stay in position.
- Rotate dials to your preferred
combination.
- Push the reset lever up and away from
you to return to original position. Double-check your combination
before closing the storage compartment door.
- Close the storage compartment.
- Scramble the combination dials to lock
the Sentinel and conceal your combination.
- Close the shutter hatch.

Wall mounting your Sentinel
NOTE: you will require a X-head/Pozi screwdriver, pencil, a spirit
level, drill bit, a drill and a hammer.
- Open the Sentinel door, as above.
- Position the Sentinel on the desired mounting surface (see note 1).
- Use the sprit level to check that the Sentinel is vertical.
- Mark the position of the screw holes on the desired surface.
- Remove Sentinel.
- Drill holes.
- Use hammer to fit wall plug. (if necessary).
- Position Sentinel.
- Insert and tighten screws.
- Close the storage compartment.
- Scramble the combination dials to lock the Sentinel door and conceal
your combination. Then close shutter hatch.

NOTES:
1. We suggest that you mount your Sentinel in a discrete location away
from direct view, such as porches, garage, out of direct eye line.
2. Keep shutter hatch closed to increase weather resistance and to conceal
the dials from view. The release lever will open the Sentinel until you
scramble the dials. |
